(anne): blackberry apple pie

hey!

it’s anne….i planned to make an all blackberry pie last week, but didn’t have enough berries an threw in a ton of pink lady and granny smith apples. it turned out with the apples a bit crunchy, but still delicious…also, my crust was a bit tough (due to not enough water in the dough….when i rolled it out, i had to “knead” it to get it to stick together).

i was in love with how my filling looked and took too many pictures….also, check out the gorgeous eggs (i used an egg wash on my crust)….have a happy sunday night!
